    “Mulholland Drive” in 4K, Boxed Set

    Called the best film of the 2000s by poll conducted by Sight & Sound magazine, David Lynch’s “Mulholland Drive” will be released in 4K by Criterion on November 16, 2021.
     
    Meanwhile Studio Canal is releasing a deluxe box 4K edition this December. It is unclear if it will be a playable Region 1 Disc.
     
    This 20th Anniversary Collector’s Edition includes 4K restoration on UHD (HDR Dolby Vision and HDR10) and Blu-ray in inner digipack and the following special features in an outer clamshell box featuring the new artwork.
    ▪ A booklet featuring Anna Smith’s essay “Gender, Identity, and Shattered Dreams: The Women of Mulholland Drive” and “Notes on Mulholland Drive” by David Jenkins.
